FOR PRINTED PRODUCTS
PROOFING OF FINAL PROJECT
Kellie Medivitz {creator of PrintableGirl.com} shall make every effort to ensure the final product is free of any grammatical and spelling errors, before giving the final product to the client.
It is agreed that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling or grammatical errors contained in the final product. Kellie Medivitz {creator of PrintableGirl.com} will provide a “Proof Approval Form” with every revision requested by the client.
In order for the job to be delivered, aside from agreed payment schedule, client must provide Kellie Medivitz {creator of PrintableGirl.com} a signed* “Proof Approval Form” stating the project is “OK As Is” for final production/delivery.
If the client fails to provide the “Proof Approval Form” signed*, Kellie Medivitz {creator of PrintableGirl.com} holds the right to stop/hold the project no matter what its previously agreed/set deadline or schedule. It is agreed that Kellie Medivitz {creator of PrintableGirl.com} is not responsible or held liable for any errors contained in the final product after the final product has been committed/approved by the client to print or posted in view of the public.
*In the event of email only correspondence “OK As Is” email replies will be binding.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Will be calculated separately.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation of the project, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork is retained by Kellie Medivitz {creator of PrintableGirl.com} and a fee for work completed, based on the payment schedule/hourly rate and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the client.
FOR PRINTABLE KITS
For non-commercial, personal use only. Modification of these designs does not void the copyright. Distribution physically or digitally (even without profit)is prohibited.

FOR PHOTOSHOP TEMPLATES
You may use the Photoshop templates in the PSD file for personal or limited commercial use for photographers ONLY.
Commercial use is limited for the photographers to create custom cards or promotional materials for their clients by incorporating images taken by the photographer.
You may NOT claim these products as your own, redistribute or resell any of the templates, any products created from templates or any individual parts of the templates, including but not limited to backgrounds, patterns, embellishments, borders, graphic or drawings.
