USING PRINTABLES
How will I receive my printable?
Withing 24-48 hours of receipt of payment you will receive your purchase in PDF file format via email*.

How do I open my files?
To open your PDF file(s), you will need Adobe Reader, which is a free download at adobe.com.
How do I edit and customize my PDF printable?
(1) Highlight text and hold command (MAC) or control (PC)+E to bring up a tool palette.
(2) Use the tool palette to change the wording, fonts, size, or color.
(3) If you are not familiar with editing PDFs please use this test file provided to ensure your comfort level with editing and saving files. >>DOWNLOAD TEST<<
Why can't you supply fonts?
Due to copyright laws I'm unable to include the fonts with the products. To edit text in these products you may need to purchase and/or locate additional fonts.

What type of paper stock do you recommend?
(1) For invitations, greeting cards, gift tags I like to use the Stardream series from Paper Source
(2) For envelopes I use European fold series from Paper Source
(3) For envelopes liners and gift wrap sheets I use Stardream series from Paper Source
How do I create envelope liners?
I use the Envelope Liner Template Kit
What does it mean when you refer to items as A2, A7, and 4Bar?
A2, A7 and 4Bar reference the measures of a card and/or envelope size.
A2 Card 4.25x5.5
A7 Card 5x7
4Bar Card 3.5x4.875
HELP! I'm not crafty in the least bit, can I get any of these products printed and ready to use?*
Absolutely! All printable and template products you see here can be printed and sent to you ready to use. Just email me through the form in the contact section and we can discuss further.

How Do I use the Card Templates?
The "Card Templates" were designed with photographers in mind but you don't have to be a pro to purchase and use. Basic knowledge of Photoshop is required.
Where can I get these printed?
The "Card Templates" were designed specificity with Miller's Professional Imaging templates.
CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS
What is your design process and turn around for custom printed product?
On most custom printed products there is a 6 to 8 weeks turn around. Remember, Rome was not built in a day but look how AWESOME that turned out. I want to make sure your printed products turn out just as AWESOME!
